The Sales & Marketing IT Program Manager will act as the key driving force behind the definition, project management and delivery of all Sales, Marketing and Aftersales IT systems including all cross-system connectivity and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Engage key stakeholders to define IT requirements through workshops and regular meetings.
  • Develop and maintain project plans for Sales, Marketing and Aftersales IT deliverables and ensure that they are aligned to required business timings.
  • Oversee the quality Assurance testing and roll out of robust functionality and systems.
  • Act as the interface between Karma IT and external content development partners.
  • Provide a seamless front end IT experience throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Ensure the documentation of and training on all new business systems and processes.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of content across digital platforms working with key stakeholders to provide a cohesive customer and user experience.

  • Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders for UI definition and optimization.
  • Digital content management
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Identify and asses external content development partners.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field

Experience:

  • 10 years relevant experience
  • A track record of developing and delivering innovative operational strategies.
  • The ability to understand and translate highly technical, IT and engineering information into a single-minded, relevant message.
  • Resilient and adaptable. Able to maintain a consistently high level of work.
  • Knowledge of low volume, high-end vehicles is a plus.
  • A winning mentality - demonstrates great drive to achieve outstanding results.
  • Some UI/UX experience preferred.
