The IT Project Manager, Program Management Contractor manages the portfolio of IT projects.
The Manager will partner with the CIO and his directs to provide a full IT portfolio view of program health, financial status and use of resources. This role will be responsible for synthesizing information across IT and provide a uniform framework for management of the investments, projects, activities and resources. The role will be responsible for quantification of IT efforts, enabling measurement, communication of these efforts and objective evaluation of investment scenarios. Specifically this role will be responsible for providing cohesive information about program budgets, risk management, strategic alignment of IT investments, demand and resource management.
The Manager should have an excellent working knowledge of infrastructure as well as application level technologies, project management governance and structure, and be an excellent communicator.
This is estiamted to be a 12 month contract position.
