The Advanced Manufacturing Quality/Tooling Engineer is a position for Mechanical Engineer (preferred). The job responsibilities will be dedicated to learning the operational skills for precision measurement using Laser technology. This position will be a continuous learning process, moving from Software and Hardware learning and deployment for measuring tooling and parts in the Bodyshop manufacturing environment.  Once proficient this position will expand into Catia and Smart Team learning to be able to view and manipulate product designs.  This position will expand to In-Line Laser measurement cell operations with increasing responsibilities.  



  • Operate FARO Laser Tracker
  • Operate Leica In-Line Metrology Cell
  • Willing to develop Metrology knowledge
  • Able to grasp complex technical concepts
  • Willing to accept increasing level of responsibility


  • BS Engineering (Mechanical Engineer preferred)
  • Good communications skills
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Willing to expand learning and embrace challenging concepts
  • Able to quickly grasp multiple CAD Software applications
