    Reporting to the Director, Customer Experience, this front-line role is responsible for managing incoming enquiries from a variety of sources and channels in a timely, accurate and brand-appropriate manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary incoming contact for all telephone enquiries to Karma Automotive
    • Review and research inquiries to ensure accurate and effective responses, communicating with internal and external resources where needed, and resolving issues independently when possible
    • Where necessary, ensure calls are directed to the appropriate contact within Karma Automotive  for follow up
    • Handle incoming supplier and enthusiast email enquiries and ensure responses are made in a timely and accurate manner. Process follow ups as required
    • Document all inquiries and issues, providing adequate detail and history from beginning to end
    • Identify and escalate priority issues
    • Welcome visitors to Karma HQ by greeting them in person, managing their check in and ensuring they are collected by the appropriate internal contact
    • Maintain company security by ensuring NDAs are signed by all incoming visitors and issuing visitor badges
    • Maintain the visual appearance of Karma’s corporate office reception space, working with Sales and Marketing to ensure our brand image is conveyed to all arriving visitors and employees
    • Measure incoming phone and email traffic and report on this to senior management as required
    • Assist the Customer Experience team in executing VIP customer events
    • Take personal responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks and decisions
    • Elevate key issues and concerns to management allowing for adequate countermeasures

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • A minimum of one year’s related experience
    • Proficient PC Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant system software)
    • Experience working with luxury brands and high net worth clients preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, in particular display confidence in conversing with high net-worth individuals
    • Basic automotive industry knowledge
    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management processes, techniques and systems
