Oversees and leads the Program Management Office to ensure company programs and projects meet strategy objectives and business goals.
Defines and maintains process standards by providing a framework to establish standard performance measures based on organizational goals and objectives, and providing tools and procedures to achieve this.
Develops and implements PMO processes, policies and tools, directs project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs.
Reports to the management team independent assessments of performance of programs and projects.
