    Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the HR Generalist is responsible for recruiting and day-to-day management of HR operations. The successful incumbent will work with a sense of urgency and attract and hire the highest caliber of talent.


    This position is located in Moreno Valley, CA


    • Manages the full-cycle recruiting process, including but not limited to: drafting job postings, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, and coordinating candidate travel
    • Manage onboarding process, ensuring all required documents are executed and received and all necessary access/equipment is provided
    • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews
    • Create and send reminders and communications to employees on various HR matters
    • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
    • Maintains records of benefits plans participation: insurance and 401(k) and personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting
    • Assist with immigration and visa inquiries
    • Maintains strict confidentiality of client, company, and personal information
    • Adheres all Karma Automotive policies and procedures
    • Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by HR management


    • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or other related discipline
    • Minimum of sever (7) years of relevant human resources experience
    • At least five (5) years of full-cycle recruitment experience (both corporate and agency experience preferred)
    • Demonstrated experience of HR operations and administration
    • Strong knowledge of HR-related state and federal regulations
    • Background working with HRIS programs and tools such as applicant tracking, performance management, and learning management systems
    • Strong program management skills including data analysis and reporting; Good working knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to present information in a concise, user-friendly manner


    Preferred Skills:

    • Proven ability to cold call candidates
    • Ability to recruit through social media, such as Linked-In, Twitter, Facebook
