    We are looking for a Senior SAP Hybris Marketing-C4C Analyst with proven experience designing, developing, and  implementing Hybris Marketing, Hybris C4C solutions.

     

    ** This position will work in our Irvine California coprorate offices.  **

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Sr. SAP Hybris Marketing-C4C Analyst who can support us with -

    • Design and implementation of business processes for Aftersales, Customer Experience and Marketing functions including integration with SAP and non-SAP systems within organization
    • Collecting the requirements of the business user, analyzing them with respect to Hybris C4C and Hybris Marketing systems, configuring, developing & testing according to finalized business requirements and rollouts to different departments
    • Performing scoping, configuration and application customization via key user toolset for adaptations and analytics
    • Designing dashboards & reports within SAP Cloud for Customer
    • Enabling Email, Chat and Social media channel like Twitter, Facebook etc. with Hybris C4C
    • Establishing the connection between SAP Cloud systems with ERP using middleware (HCI/CPI) and other systems like SAP Hybris Ecommerce, Mobile App systems for data replication and synchronization
    • Building custom interfaces, web services to support SAP and non-SAP systems
    • Enabling PCM apps using HCP for Partner access and Cloud Identity for SSO
    • Validates the customization and functionalities after the SAP Hybris C4C and SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud Upgrades and handles the communication with respect to the upgrade schedule, impact of upgrade and new functionalities introduced for each Upgrade.
    • Maintaining business roles and authorization for Hybris Marketing and C4C Systems
    • Mass maintenance of master and transaction data into Hybris C4C and Hybris Marketing
    • Design and development of Fiori apps related to SAP C4C
    • Development experience with SAP Cloud Application Studio to build custom logics
    • Support to Hybris C4C, Hybris Marketing, SAP CRM & ECC and change management

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of IT experience, preferably on SAP systems
    • 7+ years of SAP experience – SAP CRM, SAP ERP, SAP Portal etc.
    • 4+ years of Hybris C4C Experience
    • 2+ years of Hybris Marketing Experience
    • 2+ years of development experience with SAP cloud application studio, custom web services, APIs
    • Extensive business and systems analysis skills that support applications development.
    • A good understanding of sales, marketing, operational and financial processes within a company.
    • Hands on experience Implementing Customer Service, Call Center tools
    • Good understanding of SAP CRM/C4C, Call center processes
    • Good understand of Marketing processes – experience with Segmentation, Campaign execution
    • SAP CRM, SAP C4C, Hybris Ecommerce, Hybris Marketing and SAP ERP integration experience.
    • HANA Cloud Portal, HANA Cloud Integration, Cloud Identity Management knowledge is required.
    • Experience with SAP cloud application studio to build custom objects/developments for cloud systems
    • Experience with custom APIs, web services for SAP and non-SAP systems
    • Experience with the OEM Automotive Industry, SAP’s Best Practices for Automotive is preferred.
    • Experience with Sap cloud analytics to build business reports is preferred
    • Understanding of Fiori Apps Development and Mobile app development is preferred.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various levels of management as well as with internal business partners and external customers/suppliers of Karma Automotive.
    • Ability to work on cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to lead and promote change in an environment of rapidly changing technologies and business processes.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.
