    The Infotainment Project Management, Manager will be responsible for definition, planning, tracking and managing resources attributed to Karma projects and project management processes. This individual must also be responsible for project leadership and mentoring of internal and external resources, contract authorities in support of these projects and processes. The Infotainment Project Manager will be responsible as the project owner regarding all timing, reporting and management of the project timelines.


    • Work closely with the Director of Infotainment, managers and DRE’s to drive project teams.
    • Analyze and create project requirements, definitions and processes
    • Develop project plans and effectively communicate timing and critical paths
    • Assess needs and take initiative to determine solutions.
    • Guide and facilitate project objectives.
    • Facilitate a team environment.
    • Manage the project teams, making them accountable and keeping projects on target.
    • Observe and measure project performance to determine if the project is hitting the milestones and targets. This includes providing insightful feedback and innovative processes to ensure project success.
    • Involve respective departments, engineers and suppliers in key decisions to create greater accountability.
    • Communicate project needs and priorities to team members.
    • Work to eliminate impediments to the project’s success.
    • Work with all departments to ensure that project goals are met and expectations are communicated.
    • Coach and assist teams with project requirements discovery, definition, estimation, planning, development and testing.
    • Own the project management process within the team.
    • Manage project resources
    • Coordinate and manage external suppliers and supplier activities related to the projects


    • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering, product development or project management
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects
    • Comprehensive knowledge in project definition and management
    • Must be highly organized and structured
    • Must excel in a collaborative team environment.
    • Must be able to work effectively with staff and customers at all levels.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be self-driven and self-critical
    • Must strive for continuous improvement

    Preferred requirements


    • Master Degree
    • Preferred experience with automotive or electronic product development
    • Lean Six Sigma methodologies
