    The Program Manager | Assistant to the CEO reports to the Director of enterprise Program Management Office , and be part of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to synthesize information across the cross functional elements of the business using a uniform framework for management of investments, projects, activities, and resources. The role will support quantification of business results, progress measurement with metrics, communication of these efforts, and objective evaluation of project investment scenarios including project budgets, risk management, and alignment of business results with the overall strategy.


    Additionally, this role will support the CEO and will act as his Business Assistant. The individual will work closely with him and attend key meetings, as assigned. Their principal role will be to be an active participant in assigned meetings, assisting him with translating and relaying complex and nuanced content at his request or as needed. Actions will improve and support efficient and accurate communication between the CEO and his team. 


    It is imperative that this role be fluent in Chinese and English both written and oral. 


    ** This position will work in our Irvine, California corporate office. **


    • Support ePMO initiatives and structure to manage the portfolio of projects, including the following;
      • Develop, document and communicate project management methodology and PMO standards, and organization policies and practices
      • Facilitate tracking of open issues and risks to effectively negotiate impact decisions and trade-offs and to guide issues to resolution
      • Facilitate the anticipation, identification, documentation, and management of key project risks, to propose appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
      • Facilitate holding project team members accountable for their commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables
      • Facilitate the implementation of processes and tools to support these objectives.
    • Provide weekly and monthly status reporting to track project progress against goals, objectives, and timeline, including resource utilization, constraints and solutions
    • Facilitate the planning and coordination of day-to-day activities across the project portfolio
    • Individual will coordinate and work closely with the CEO's Executive Assistant and others in reviewing his schedule to determine which meetings he/she will attend.
    • May be required to compile notes and actions from the meeting(s) and address assigning, monitoring and tracking follow-up.
    • May be required to develop written communication on behalf of the CEO to assist him with communication in meetings or events.
    • Will provide counsel to the CEO, as requested, in meeting planning and execution.
    • Will also communicate and share information with management team and/or other meeting attendees.
    • Will be required to translate presentations and documents as needed to support meetings involving Chinese based private equity owners.


    • Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English, both oral and written.
    • B.A. or B.S; MBA preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in a business or financial function in a corporate environment. Individual may also have an engineering or other technical degree but will have also worked in a managerial or administrative capacity, as well.
