    The Marketing Specialist for Karma Orange County will be responsible for all marketing and promotional event executions for the dealership as well as short and long-term planning and budget tracking.


    ** This position will work out of our Irvine, CA corporate office. **


    • Development and execution of a strategic marketing plan that will help the dealership reach potential new customers for both sales and after-sales departments.
    • Ideation of new and creative marketing and promotional initiatives
    • Research and develop relationships with local media outlets to identify opportunities for advertising and partnership programs (e.g. co-branding and shared events)
    • Build and maintain relationships with other high-luxury retailers for co-branding opportunities and shared events
    • Draft content and post at least four times a week on Karma OC¹s social channels ­with a mixture of branded and local content
    • Maintain a deep and thorough understanding of both traditional and emerging marketing channels
    • Analyzing and advising General Manager on opportunities, threats, industry trends and methodologies
    • Develop strategies to grow Karma OC¹s social presence, including agency involvement
    • Manage the execution of local events including organization of vehicles, support staff and other resources as directed by General Manager
    • Create and maintain Karma OC marketing planner
    • Manage all aspects of the Karma Automotive Co-Op marketing program, including pre-approvals, tracking and submissions
    • Manage the PR/PO process for all promotional expenditures
    • Maintain tracking for marketing budget
    • Develop tactical marketing initiatives to grow service and parts revenue


    • A BS degree in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing or communications
    • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
    • A wide array of local influencers
    • Computer proficiency
    • Social media marketing proficiency
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
    • Dressing professionally in accordance with Karma’s guidelines
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
    • Valid California driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
