    The Change Coordinator Contractor's target is overseeing, maintaining and improving a sustainable and stable Document Management and Release Process including all related methodologies.


    ** This position will work in our Irvine, CA coporate office. **


    • Writing clear and concise Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), together with DRE (Design Release Engineer).
    • Monitoring, tracking, organizing, and reporting metrics of all assigned Module Group’s related Releases and Changes and activities related thereto.
    • Troubleshoot and correct all ECR related errors.
    • Establishing and improving close working interface and relationships with various departments regarding Module Group related releases.
    • Assisting Engineering with the creation/update, check-in and linking of documents relevant to a change request.
    • Assisting Engineering with the update of item profile card information relevant to a change request.
    • Documenting notes from Design Reviews and Change Board; assuring their accuracy with DRE.
    • Track issues reported in the problem management system.
    • Perform any other tasks or functions as assigned.


    • Document Control, Change Management or Project Management Experience preferred.
    • Automotive industry a plus.
