This Lead Vehicle Integration Engineer will work closely with the Program Team, the CAD Design team, System Integration engineers, and Design Release Engineering teams to determine the Functional Objectives of a new vehicle for the company. Through specific functional targeting and benchmarking, this engineer will work with these teams to connect the Strategic Targets with specific Functional Objectives and determine program feasibility through design best practices and content definition then follow through with virtual and physical validation for all Functional Objectives.
This engineer should have a strong background in functional areas such as Powertrain Mounting Design, Powertrain calibration, NVH, and Chassis design, preferably understand all functional disciplines and design criteria. Additionally, a strong candidate should be an excellent evaluator of automobiles from every aspect of the product.
