    The Technical Specialist, EE Systems Architecture will develop  Electrical & Electronics (EE) architecture for  next generation connected autonomous driving solutions to support EV/HEV/PHEV.  Ensure the vehicle meets customer expectations and regulatory requirements.  Provide technical direction to other engineers and suppliers for electrical systems design and integration.


    • Lead EE architecture development to support business goals and vehicle requirements for EV/HEV/PHEV platforms
    • Define, review and approve EE system and sub-system requirements specifications.
    • Define network communication requirements for Ethernet and CAN/CANFD protocols
    • Propose network solutions to optimize resource allocation, message latency and bandwidth requirements
    • Support HIL and vehicle validation teams with test case requirements definition
    • Develop virtual and laboratory test benches for EE architecture concept evaluations in early prototype phase
    • Coordinate with domain teams, program managers and suppliers to optimize the vehicle system performance and delivery in a timely manner
    • Ensure vehicle electrical systems meet functional safety requirements (IAW ISO-26262) and cyber security requirements.
    • Propose new technologies consistent with industry best practices to support high performance, scalable solutions in early phase of vehicle design and development.


    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study.
    • Minimum Five (5) years working experience in automotive E/E systems engineering
    • Strong design background in vehicle communication protocols (CAN/CANFD, Ethernet, LIN)
    • Good understanding of vehicle network and diagnostic standards such as ISO-11898, 15031, 13400, 14229
    • Good understanding of ISO-26262. Hands on experience with redundant systems for EE architecture is a plus
    • Experience with security gateways for low latency and high throughput applications is a plus
    • Demonstrate hands on experience with CAN analysis tools such as CAN Analyzer and CANoe
    • Experience with time sensitive networks is a plus
    • Good knowledge of systems engineering process and lifecycle management.
    • Preferable experience with model based system design tools such as Vector PREEvision or equivalent
    • Experience with lab test equipment including oscilloscope, receivers, spectrum analysers, generators, amplifiers and antennas.
    • Familiarity with AUTOSAR BSW services is a plus.
    • Excellent objective analysis to propose effective technical solutions supporting business goals with emphasis on product customization
    • Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015), as applicable.
