    The Vice President, Manufacturing Quality and Manufacturing is directly responsible to lead the manufacturing and quality organization.  Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing and quality; from product development to quality control to manufacturing operations to delivery, ensuring processes and products meet all applicable standards.

    • Build and effectively manage a highly effective manufacturing and quality assurance organizations.
    • Pro-actively develop and refine the statistics and processes to assess quality and determine effective improvements.
    • Develop relationships with customers (internal and external), vendors and other members of management team.
    • Determine priority of projects to be completed and the material required, schedule time, equipment, budget, and manpower accordingly.
    • Directly responsible for compliance to all Company policies and procedures and to all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
    • Seek out and implement process and capital improvements to continuously enhance cost and cycle time.
    • Responsible for safety and regulatory compliance relating to the production facility.
    • Translates customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing and quality strategies and processes, resulting in cost-effective processing and profitable manufacturing of company products. Develop operations-related plans, budgets, and policies and procedures.
    • Provide technical guidance and works in close liaison with partnering departments for the successful of the company.
    • Drive the long-range strategic planning process by overseeing and managing all manufacturing and quality operations
    • As a key member of the executive team, create and maintain a high sense of urgency in both understanding customer needs and meeting those needs. Maintain a high degree of credibility. Lead by example
    • Define goals, improve technologies, and resolve problems in conjunction with managers of manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, and sales
    • Develop collaborative relationships with company executives to develop a successful team.
    • Intimate knowledge of relevant best practices and technology to ensure compliance.
    • People centered culture experienced at implementing.
    • Develop and implement. Lean manufacturing systems, for people, quality, material and production activities.
    • Develop internal technical and managerial capability for company and personnel growth.
    • Provide people advocates that facilitate quick and sincere addressing of one time issues.
    • Utilize visual management to display performance and results for all levels.
    • Technical development plans for skill positions.
    • Hiring, training career development plans for high-potential people.


    • 10+ years Direct experience managing a manufacturing organization/location 
    • 10+ years working in a manufacturing experience (Automotive)
    • Proven knowledge of best practices, effective leadership, and Lean and efficiency initiatives.
    • Bachelor’s degree in related technical field; Master’s Degree or higher desired. 
    • Ability to lead, prioritize and set business objectives.
    • Experience as manufacturing and/or quality engineer.
    • Ability to comprehend and apply process improvement principles. 
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and management best practices. 
    • Proven track record of building high performing teams and developing people for the success of the business. 
    • Excellent communication, analytic abilities and problem-solving.  Self-motivator, results motivated and with proven ability to successfully work with others. 
    • Demonstrated strong ability to motivate large organizations and achieve results through others.
    • Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015), as applicable.
