The primary responsibility of the Manager, Facilities is to manage the daily needs of our multi-location facility and coordinate all activities relating to contracted facility services for maintenance, improvements, utilities, security, and other building representatives to meet business operational needs. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s facility operations and manage staff, office moves, and janitorial services, all while remaining in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


  • Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and proper work environment throughout the facility.
  • Space management of the facility to accommodate a constantly changing business.
  • Oversee multi-location facilities, building maintenance, as well as coordinating assigned space construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets.
  • Handle daily facility requests and triage daily requests by employees for office and/or facility needs.
  • Manage the Facilities and Security teams.
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of facilities moves.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience
  • 5+ years Property (Commercial or Residential) and Facilities management (Commercial or Residential)
  • Facilities Management Certificate (FMC), Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), or similar
  • Proficient with desktop software (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and other facilities software, as needed (e.g. CAD)
  • General Contracting and facility inspection knowledge (Contractor’s License is a plus)
  • Well-versed in contracting with and managing various trades, project management activities, time management, and team leadership
  • Must be a well-organized, detailed, and customer-oriented self-starter, for both internal as well as external customers
  • Strong procurement and negotiation skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015), as applicable
