Every Revero is designed at our Headquarters in Irvine and created with great individual care and world-class craftsmanship at the Karma Innovation and Customization Center in Moreno Valley, CA.   Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Director, Business Development is responsible for the pursuit and initialization / coordination of commercial business relationships aligned with Karma strategic objectives and targets.   The Business Development Director will play a key role in the development function and organization activities including, short term and long-term revenue generation, gaining market share and maximizing profitability, engaging and developing the technology partners and other business partners that will facilitate Karma’s expansion into new Karma business models.   The Business Development Director will actively identify new opportunities for revenue growth, and is expected to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing.   In this role, the director will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. The director will be relied upon to partner with our marketing.

Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, Body sought by Karma Automotive, LLC in Moreno Valley, CA.   Duties:Design and develop engineering and manufacturing processes for Karma’s luxury automobiles. Apply knowledge of industrial engineering principles and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to improve products and reduce costs, as part of the automotive engineering and development process. Work with Product Engineers and Advanced Manufacturing Engineers to define, test, and evaluate the impact of engineering change on manufacturing, tooling, costs, and production schedules. Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommending changes in designs, tolerances, and processing methods. Coordinate the release of engineering changes, and appropriate documentation. Ensure completion of design and development projects by serving as an expert resource for manufacturing engineering information and providing ongoing supervision of technicians, technologists, analysts, engineers, and administrative staff. Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods, validating finished-product and process capabilities, and establishing manufacturing processes standards. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly methods, quality control standards, tooling, product design, and materials to the development of manufacturing processes in compliance with product requirements and government regulations. Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material cost, and reviewing production schedules to estimate future requirements. Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Ensure component program timing alignment with overall program timing plans and mitigation strategies. Material Management Systems Architect sought by Karma Automotive, LLC in Irvine, CA.   Duties:Design and develop a large-scale, efficient, and effective computer operating system with multiple SAP software programs. Identify the business requirements of multiple departments, including warehouse management, materials management, and project and portfolio management, and translate those requirements into systems design solutions. Maintain optimal functioning of the system, developing and modifying existing infrastructure as necessary. Design and implement an efficient computer operating system capable of performing various functions, including material procurement, electrical equipment maintenance testing, and logistic execution. Execute life-cycle implementation of SAP through complex project tasks, activating building block methodology.
